DESCRIPTION: This Vinyasa class is open to everyone, from beginners to more experienced students. We will move through a sequence of yoga poses, connecting movement with the breath. The pace may make us sweat a little as we build warmth in the body. We will end the class with relaxing Savasana to integrate the energy of the practice and let the mind fully unwind.
