DESCRIPTION: This sound bath is a grounded, embodied listening experience working with vibroacoustic and low-frequency sound.
The session is created with large acoustic instruments — big gongs, a large drum, didgeridoo, a giant crystal ball, and deep singing bowls. These instruments generate sound that is not only heard but physically felt through the body.
Low frequencies move through air, floor, and tissue. They interact with the nervous system and the body’s own rhythms in a direct, tangible way. This work sits somewhere between a treatment and a concert — attentive listening combined with deep physical resonance.

 You are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and let the sound meet you where you are.
For some, the experience is grounding and settling. For others, it brings clarity, presence, or a sense of internal space. For many, it is simply a rare opportunity to rest while being held by sound.
The approach is respectful and precise. Sound is offered, not imposed. Silence and subtlety are part of the experience, as much as intensity.
No prior experience is needed.
No special sensitivity is required.
Just a willingness to listen and feel.
No dress code.
