DESCRIPTION: This 2-hours workshop goes way beyond just labor prep. We are here to guide you and your partner step-by-step on how to utilize the ball across various postures for muscle strengthening, deep stretching, and all-around pain relief! Whether you are planning a natural birth or a C-section, this workshop is perfect for your entire pregnancy. Every couple will receive our 《DIVA Safe At-Home Fitball Practice Handout》.

2小時工作坊不單止是為了解鎖順產，更重要是手把手教妳哋如何利用呢個球，解鎖不同體位 (Postures) 嘅增強肌力、深層拉筋與全方位舒緩！不論妳計劃順產定剖腹產，全孕期都適用！

✨ 2 小時工作坊，我哋會一齊解鎖：
1️⃣ 多體位鍛鍊 (Strength)：由淺入深，教妳哋如何安全地喺球上進行跪姿、趴姿、側弓步等不同姿勢，激活核心與雙腿力量，承托孕晚期嘅沉重感。

2️⃣ 伴侶深層舒緩 (Relief)：教爸爸如何變身「最強承托支架」，喺屋企安全地幫媽媽穩固波波球，透過雙人借力進行深層拉筋，釋放恥骨與腰背壓力。

3️⃣ 產前身心準備 (Birth Prep)：利用波波球嘅律動，放鬆骨盆底肌，等妳哋兩位一齊以最安心、放鬆嘅步伐迎接新生命。
