DESCRIPTION: This INTERMEDIATE Level class will challenge those looking to take their practice to the next level in Asana and pace, while still honoring our bodies through correct form & alignment. 1 hour via Zoom. $10 or class pass. 

This class involves repeated movement from floor to standing, and a faster pace.  If you have any injuries or concerns, please begin with the Gentle mat class, and/or consult Holly on which class is the best fit for you!
