DESCRIPTION: Glow with the Flow 80’s style!  Grab your friends and dress in your fabulous neon yoga clothes (or did out those 80’s leg warmer) and get ready to have a blast at our playful and fun night of yoga, music and all things neon.
Glow in the dark body paint is provided so have a giggle with your friends helping paint each other up, or choose some glowing necklaces/bracelets for some fun accessories.  Our dark studio allows you the freedom to move at your own pace and  unleash inhibitions as you flow and glow to your favorite 80’s hits under the UV black lights and a glittering disco ball.  After the 60 min class stay for the social celebration and special 80’s treats.
