PEMF stands for Pulsed Electro~Magnetic Field therapy, which provides a safe electromagnetic pulse which energizes the cells of the body and stimulates your own natural healing process.  Inflammation is a normal part of the body’s defense to injury or infection, and in this way, is beneficial however, inflammation is damaging when it occurs in healthy tissues or lasts too long known as chronic inflammation that persist for months or even years. I like to think of PEMF is "yoga for your cells" or "massage for cell Membranes"… it penetrates deeper than traditional massage, laser or shockwave therapeutics and the therapeutic benefits have shown to assist managing arthritis, muscle pain, tendon or ligament injuries, fractures, neurological conditions, and age related stiffness.
