DESCRIPTION: Join our Book Discussion and Self Discovery Group as we explore The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A Singer.  This incredible book encourages you to explore who ‘you’ really are.  Are you the voices in your head?  Are you simply a body?   Are you something more?  This is an opportunity to consider the notion of consciousness using methods of meditation and mindfulness.  
We’ll share pot luck brunch style, explore the book together (with guidance), interact and create meaningful discussion as we journey through our relationships with thoughts and emotions and how to free ourselves from habitual patterns that limit conscious living, while building a supportive community and boosting health~physically, mentally and emotionally.

Saturdays beginning October 15th 10:30am-12:30pm
Cost: Donation inspired. Tea cart refreshments are always available.

***Please purchase your book prior to class and read the first two chapters ~we will be jumping right in on day one!!**
