To thrive, people need to learn to leverage positive emotions, work with negative emotions, build positive habits, create nurturing relationships, and take meaningful action. Each week, you will learn a new tool and have an opportunity to learn and apply Positive Psychology in an intimate and supportive group setting. Each week covers a new skill, deepening your happiness skillset, leaving you nourished, educated, &amp;amp; empowered. Each session will follow a similar flow: Opening Mindfulness Practice, Didactic/Learning, Experiential Exercise, Debrief, Closing Meditation.
