DESCRIPTION: Join with commUNITY for this transformational journey on Autumn Equinox 🍁 as we embrace this gentle transitional season of falling leaves and longer nights.  As we mark the threshold of autumn, this gathering offers a sanctuary for introspection, renewal, and connection. By honoring the balance between light and dark, expansion and contraction, we can embrace the seasonal shifts with grace and intention, nurturing our inner landscapes.

This very special evening will include:

Ceremonial cacao and guided contemplation to reconnect with your heart, and let go of any emotional blockages with intention as we embark on a profound inner exploration. 

A gentle and introspective yin yoga practice with Marie will tap into the wellspring of strength within to harmonize body, mind, and spirit with the energies of the season. Like the autumn equinox is a time of balance; it’s a reminder that you possess the power to navigate life’s ebbs and flows with grace.

A healing sound bath with the gorgeous soundscape of the wild Ammonoosuc river outside the studio.  Jennifer will invite you to slow down even more, and come to stillness as the enchanting sounds of crystal singing bowls, and the chimes soothing vibrations release any remaining tension or resistance, rekindling the light of your inner wisdom. 

An invitation to reflect through journal prompts about your personal and spiritual harvest this year. We’ll conclude with a sharing circle, connecting with the commUNITY and optionally sharing our reflections and inspirations.  This special event is the perfect way to let go of what no longer serves you, prepare for the darker, stiller days and the season of rest.
