DESCRIPTION: We are so excited to share this event with you!  Did you know that one of our incredible teachers here at DustOff has been training to row the Atlantic Ocean solo to raise awareness and funding for trauma recovery programs in northern New Hampshire??!!  Join us for a gentle yoga class followed by a presentation by Renee about her upcoming solo transatlantic expedition. Intrigued? She’ll be here to answer all your questions!  Why row an ocean, how long does it take, where does she sleep, what happens when she's not rowing, is there a chase boat, how can I get involved? She'll be discussing what it takes to prepare to row an ocean and giving an overview of the nonprofit she's supporting with this row, Outdoor Adventuring for Good. Light refreshments will be provided. 


**DONATION BASED Yoga Session will be limited to 14 and last 45 minutes~Donation proceeds to benefit Outdoor Adventuring for Good.  Presentation will be open to all at 3:55.
