DESCRIPTION: Join us for an evening of healing sound, heartfelt connection, and purposeful support beneath the energy of August’s full moon in Aquarius—a lunar moment calling us to remember our shared humanity, the power of collective care, and the resilience born from community.

This 75-minute gathering will begin with gentle, accessible seated movement to invite ease into the body and soften the nervous system. We’ll then transition into a full soundbath immersion—a calming, restorative experience designed to guide you into deep rest and inner spaciousness.
This special offering is donation-based, with all proceeds going to one of our members—a former kindergarten teacher who experienced a massive stroke while teaching. She is now walking the long road of recovery: rebuilding, reimagining, and relearning her way forward.

She’s been selected to attend a Love Your Brain Retreat in Colorado this fall, a powerful healing space for those recovering from brain injury. Our hope is to help cover her travel expenses—lifting some of the financial weight so she can receive the care she so deserves.
