DESCRIPTION: Join us for a quiet, candlelit Yin & Restore practice honoring the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year and a natural seasonal threshold. This unhurried evening practice mirrors the stillness of the solstice, inviting you to slow, soften, and listen inward. Yin postures are held for longer periods to gently support the connective tissues and encourage the nervous system to settle, with meditation and mindful awareness woven throughout the practice.

We’ll move into deeply supported restorative shapes, allowing the body to be fully held and at ease, while continuing the meditative thread. The practice offers space for reflection, release, and gentle intention setting — not as goals to strive toward, but as quiet inner orienting points for the winter season.
