DESCRIPTION: Join us for a candlelit evening of Tea Ceremony~ a dreamy, grounding way to bring your week to a close and ease into the weekend with intention and quiet beauty.

Enter the studio sanctuary and feel the world grow softer. Candles casting their golden glow, salt lamps shimmering along the walls, and the fireplace flickering in a slow, steady rhythm. Beneath it all, the sound of the river threads through the space, inviting you to settle into something quieter, slower, and deeply restorative.

Elen will guide us through a traditional Cha Dao ceremony — the Way of Tea — a meditative practice that invites us into silence, simplicity, and an inner landscape of stillness. Tea spirit moves subtly through each bowl, offering a gentle yet profound invitation to settle, listen, and rest more deeply within ourselves. During our time together, we will sip multiple bowls of hot tea from wild-growth tea trees. These ancient trees have been shaped by wind, rain, sunlight, and shifting seasons, carrying a living Qi that moves through the ceremony and offers the medicine of nature in every bowl. In this practice, we drink tea not simply as a beverage, but as a form of earth-born nourishment. All evening teas served in ceremony are naturally caffeine-free. This intimate 90-minute ceremony is limited to 8 participants. Meditation chairs, cushions, and supportive props provided so you can settle in with ease. Comfortable clothing is suggested, and a light meal an hour or two prior can be supportive, we recommend not arriving completely empty.
