DESCRIPTION: Yoga & Kindness Art program for kids and adults.  Price includes yoga with mindful movement and meditation followed by weekly Kindness Centered Art project and all supplies.
Our project encourages people to create inspirational messages and leave them for others to find.  Sometimes the world gives us a small sign of encouragement right when we need it most.  That’s the idea behind Flow & Create Kindness, a pay it forward service project in hopes of sparking joy in people’s everyday lives.
