DESCRIPTION: Calm your mind, settle your body and find cultivate a softer awareness of your body, and mind.  This class begins with grounding breath work and progresses into guided mindful meditations with assistance in anchoring attention to help you gain the benefits of more presence. Short breaks are interspersed for discussion and journaling prompts for contemplation and exploration.  Class will conclude with final guided meditation from a variety of traditions.  Tea will be offered before class, please bring your own mug!
