This Mother’s Day, DustOff Yoga wants to help you give the gift of yoga and encourage you to share your practice with your mother, grandmother, daughter, or any other special mom in your life.  We created this class which honors moms of all ages and levels of practice~every pose can be modified so that it is appropriate for a variety of strength and flexibility, with half the class spent in a luscious restorative practice.
