DESCRIPTION: Calm your mind, still your body and cultivate a softer awareness of yourself. This class begins with grounding breath work and progresses into guided mindful meditations with assistance in anchoring attention to help you gain the benefits of more presence. Short breaks are interspersed for discussion and journaling prompts for contemplation and exploration. Guided meditation from a variety of traditions is offered. Tea will be offered before class, please bring your own mug!
