Description

We slow it down and then break it down in this great class combination of Foundations Yoga practice blended with our Asana & Pose Lab ~ When learning yoga, many people begin with vinyasa practice with quick flowing postures. It can be easy to move quickly and without precision between postures in a fast paced class. Here we unpack and rebuild the postures and simple sequences to help you understand the physical mechanics of your poses. Pose Lab is for anyone wanting to explore how the physical body is optimally aligned in yoga practice. Each lab will focus on a different pose or body part, how the muscles work in action and corrective options to create more balance in the body, growing the ability to land a posture with precision and grace. You will learn techniques and modifications to prepare for sequences and perform them in a safer more effective manner specific for your body and ability.
