Jessica O’Leary
Jessica is a retired US Army veteran who stumbled upon a yoga class early in her military career.
As a competitive athlete and paratrooper, she first leaned on yoga intermittently while rehabilitating injuries. She was eventually compelled to reinvent her approach to health and fitness, turning to yoga as the primary means.
With time, her passion for mindful movement deepened and her practice came to appreciate the mind-body connection. Jessica credits Yoga Sculpt for reigniting her dedication to yoga in recent years and is drawn to the rigor of slow, controlled movements throughout a Vinyasa flow. Having experienced physical changes that permanently altered her lifestyle, she understands the value of an accessible strengthening practice.
Jessica completed her initial teacher training and Reiki certification at Yandara in Baja, Mexico, where she was inspired to explore a more spiritual domain. She enjoys learning about astrology, remote healing, and the power of meditation. In her free time, Jessica loves being in nature and cozying up in her cabin with her dog and cat.

Description
Settle into stillness with a serene evening of yoga illuminated by the gentle glow of candlelight.
Yin Yoga offers an invitation to surrender, to let go, and to simply be. This practice is not about striving, achieving, or forcing the body into extreme shapes. Instead, Yin Yoga is a journey of self-connection, meeting yourself exactly as you are, in body, mind, heart, and spirit. Allow yourself the space to pause, to soften, and to embrace the moment with acceptance and ease.
Each class begins with a moment to arrive and settle, allowing you to transition into stillness. From there, we guide you into simple, passive seated and reclining postures, supported by blankets and bolsters, and held for 3-5 minutes. After 45 minutes we will transition to restorative yoga, where you will experience a state of blissful relaxation through guided meditation.
Whether you’re seeking a break from the weekly hustle and bustle or looking to connect with yourself on a deeper level, this practice encourages a deep sense of calm, focus, and inner balance~a perfect respite from the daily chaos.
**This class may use music or sound theraputics

Elen Courtemanche
Elen is a ceremonialist & healing arts practitioner who has cultivated a decade long relationship with plant medicine. Tea ceremony is one of her foundational community offerings. While navigating healing severe nervous system dysregulation, childhood trauma, and chronic illness, tea ceremony came into her life when she wasn't looking for it but absolutely needed it. The art & ritual of cha dao tea ceremony offered her a doorway into silence, stillness, and peace. All of which she previously greatly struggled to experience. With each tea ceremony she was able to meet herself more deeply & experience physical, emotional, and mental healing in a soft & gentle way. Through over a thousand tea ceremonies and years of daily devotional practice with Tea, she has cultivated an embodied relationship with this plant. She has had the honor of witnessing Tea support many others on their healing path and is excited to share this beautiful practice with Dust Off Yoga.
She has a passion for weaving in the plants & natural world to support people in navigating their healing journeys, integrating from trauma, coming into their power, and cultivating a deeper relationship with themselves. Her path into the healing arts started from personal struggles with trauma and nervous system dysregulation. She has studied with somatic mentors, shamans, medicine women, and various plant spirits. And has cultivated rich wisdom from her own personal journey.
When she is not pouring tea & supporting clients, you can find her sitting with the trees, connecting with the plants, making pottery, and reading fantasy novels.
Description
Join us for a winter Sunday morning Tea Ceremony — a bright, grounding way to close your weekend and ease into the week with intention, warmth, and quiet mindfulness.
As you step into the studio, you’ll be welcomed by the soft glow of salt lamps, the cozy warmth of the fireplace, and gentle morning light filling the room. The sound of the river blends with meditative music, creating an atmosphere that invites you to slow your breath, settle your body, and arrive fully into this shared stillness.
Elen will guide us through a traditional Cha Dao ceremony — the Way of Tea — a practice rooted in silence, simplicity, and the subtle medicine of presence. Tea spirit moves through each bowl, offering a gentle yet profound invitation to soften inward and reconnect with the quieter parts of ourselves.
During our time together, we will sip multiple bowls of hot tea from wild-growth tea trees. Shaped by rain, wind, sunlight, and shifting seasons, these ancient trees carry an enlivening Qi that moves through the ceremony, offering the medicine of nature in each bowl.
Morning teas contain small amounts of caffeine, though their purity and quality often allow even those sensitive to caffeine to enjoy this practice with ease. You are welcome to drink as many or as few bowls as feel right for your body.
This intimate 90-minute gathering is limited to 8 participants. Meditation chairs, cushions, and supportive props will be provided. Comfortable clothing is suggested, and a light meal 1–2 hours beforehand can be grounding, though arriving on an empty stomach isn’t recommended. For morning ceremonies, we kindly suggest avoiding coffee or other caffeine beforehand.
This ceremony reflects our studio’s commitment to keeping meaningful practices accessible, a value shared by Elen. For any questions about pricing, please contact the studio directly. Unlimited members receive a discounted rate.
