Throughout the fall, Vicki will be offering complimentary Gentle Yoga classes as she completes her 200-hour yoga teacher certification and gains experience guiding others. As part of her journey, she’ll be receiving hands-on mentorship at DustOff Yoga with an emphasis on bringing accessible, trauma-informed principles into her teaching.

Expect a gentle, unhurried practice incorporating mindful movement, breath, and opportunities to pause and notice along the way. Options will be offered throughout, inviting you to explore the practice in a way that feels supportive and appropriate for your body.

Your presence is part of the process! Come experience something new, practice with curiosity, and support an emerging teacher as she learns and grows through the experience of teaching. There is something meaningful about learning together, and we’re excited to create space for that here at DustOff.
