DESCRIPTION: The Unwind is a class for ultimate chill. The room will be warmed to around 80 degrees with our infared light therapy boxes and ambient lounge music will be played during class. The instructor will guide you into yoga postures and then offer Thai yoga massage assisted stretching. You’ll leave class feeling relaxed, lighter and looser.
