General terms of Elevate Medicine Collective

Class packages expire 6-months after purchase. Class registration may be done up to 14 days prior to the scheduled class. Class registration must be canceled 3 hours prior to the start of the class in order to receive a refund or return to class package. Classes canceled less than 3 hours prior to the start of class will be forfeited from the class package or charged at the drop-in rate. Classes may be canceled due to inclement weather or instructor emergency. In the event of cancelation, attempts to notify students in a timely manner will be executed to the best of the studio's ability, and refunds or returns to class packages will be provided. Teacher substitutions may be initiated without prior notice. Elevate Medicine Collective provides shower facilities for students to utilize after class. Showers should be limited to 3 minutes and facilities should be left clean for the next student. Students with communicable diseases are asked to not enter the studio for the protection of the teacher and other students. Registered classes should be canceled 3 hours prior in the event of illness. Please do not park in the two spots in front of C Street Bistro during their business hours (Wednesday -- Saturday 12-2pm and 5-8pm). There is free parking available on the East and West sides of C and 5th Street, as well as South side of C and 4th Street.
