Over five weeks, you’ll move, stretch, and breathe together in a safe and supportive space, connecting with your baby and building strength from the inside out.
Each class blends soft stretches, mindful breathing, and soothing poses for parents with gentle, playful movements and songs for babies. It’s a beautiful way to relax, build strength, and nurture your well‑being while sharing special moments with your little one.
No yoga experience required — just bring a blanket for baby, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down and connect.
