You’ll learn the basics—how to use the hammock for support, simple poses close to the ground, and gentle inversions—while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. No experience required! Come ready to laugh, explore, and discover how uplifting (literally!) Aerial Yoga can be. Ages 16 and up.** Please remove all jewelry before getting in the silks, including: rings, earrings, and bracelets.  Also, please wear soft clothing that is free of zippers, snaps, or anything that could snag the silks.  Jeans are not a good choice for Aerial Yoga.**
