DESCRIPTION: This class is designed for tweens and teens (ages 10-15) who are new to Aerial Yoga and are working on building strength, coordination and foundational skills needed for a fun and successful practice. 
Take your practice to new heights! This aerial yoga class is designed just for tweens and teens, combining the benefits of traditional yoga with the fun and freedom of a silk hammock. In this supportive, upbeat environment, you’ll build strength, boost flexibility, and practice mindfulness as you move, balance, and play in the air.

Each class blends aerial poses, yoga flows, and relaxation techniques to help you feel strong, confident, and grounded — both on and off the mat. It’s a space to explore, express, and learn new skills while making friends and having fun. No experience required — just a sense of adventure and a willingness to try something new!  ** Please remove all jewelry before getting in the silks, including: rings, earrings, and bracelets.  Also, please wear soft clothing that is free of zippers, snaps, or anything that could snag the silks.  Jeans are not a good choice for Aerial Yoga.**
