DESCRIPTION: Family Yoga is a playful, welcoming class designed for parents, caregivers, and children (ages preschool and up) to move, breathe, and connect together. Through creative yoga poses, imaginative stories, partner activities, and calming breathwork, families will explore movement in a fun and supportive way. This class encourages cooperation, communication, and laughter while helping children build focus, balance, and body awareness. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to play! Families will leave feeling more connected, energized, and calm.  This class meets on the first Saturday of the month. 

Cost: $25 for 2 family members, $30 for up to 4 family members. Each additional family member is $5.
