DESCRIPTION: Silks & Sound combines the gentle support of aerial yoga with the deeply restorative power of sound healing for a truly unique relaxation experience.

Begin your journey with 30 minutes of gentle movement in the aerial silks, guided by Michele. Using supported stretches, soothing poses, and mindful breathing, you'll release tension, lengthen the body, and prepare the nervous system for deep rest.

Then, settle into your silk cocoon and allow yourself to float as Matias leads a 30-minute sound bath. The healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments will wash over you, inviting a sense of calm, balance, and inner peace.

This all-levels experience is designed to help you slow down, let go of stress, and reconnect with yourself in a nurturing, weightless environment. No aerial yoga experience is necessary. Just come and allow yourself to be supported, suspended, and immersed in sound.
