We have decided to change the originally planned full day immersion somatic workshop to occur as a three session series beginning next Friday

When we dare to increase connection to our deepest desires, there is a fire that gives energy and courage for our most authentic self expression.
John Michael will guide us toward the simple, effective and immediate benefits of somatic practices in a 90 minute practice session and supportive circle. Three week series. 300 kn. Followed by communal tea.
