This class will be held in a special spot by the sea, you will receive the weekly location with directions how to get there upon registering. The practice is a hatha flow, with accent on breath and fluidity, fascial mobility and grounding. All levels.
You will need to bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on. You can borrow a mat from the studio before class. We depart the studio at 17h45 if you need a lift or want to follow someone to the beach (5 minutes away). Bring your swimsuit and a towel, you might want a swim before and after.
