This class will be held in a special spot by the sea, you will receive the weekly location with directions how to get there upon registering. The practice is a hatha flow, with accent on breath and fluidity, fascial mobility and grounding. All levels.
You will need to bring a yoga mat or a towel to practice on.  Bring your swimsuit and a towel, you might want a swim before and after.
