•	Harness the power of the collective  through connecting as a group
•	Leave feeling connected to you and your inner guide & voice
To prepare for the experience:
•	Contemplate your Intention for the workshop 
•	Find & bring an item from nature to hold your intention energy 
•	Bring a special cup you love drinking out of
•	Bring your journal and a pen
•	Arrive early to allow yourself to settle in and land before we start at 1030 prompt
