DESCRIPTION: Teacher: Lindsay Broders.
I always take requests if you know you’re coming on your birthday. This week we got a request for a fun Rated R Music class! If this is not your jam, you can still come and practice finding calm in the chaos!
A vinyasa-style flowing class in a room heated to 95 degrees with infrared heaters (dry heat, more health benefits). Find your strengths/weaknesses and how you manage stress without any judgements or expectations. Ways to modify and intensify are provided making this a beginner friendly class.
