Temporary location is inside the old Hotel Muscatine, above the Pearl and Laura’s Landing. Must use the Elevator to Overlook Ballroom upstairs.
YIN Yoga consists of floor poses held for 2-5 minutes to support flexibility and freedom around the joints. We will then use props like blocks and tennis balls to compress into areas where stretching can’t reach.
