Join Lucy in celebrating the Winter Solstice with a warming and relaxing class on Saturday 22nd June at 2:00pm. The Winter Solstice marks the middle of Winter and in traditional societies was marked as the new year and welcomed as it signalled the return of the light and the sun.

In this 90 minute class we will enjoy a warming vinyasa sequence before we move onto some relaxed and energising yin-like postures and close with a meditation to welcome the warmth and light of the sun back into our lives.
