Nature has its way to clarify and cut back, with a storm to remove dead branches and literally shake the leaves from the trees, leaving behind more space and a feeling of structure. Nature lets go of what no longer has purpose or value, with ease.

This practice using postures to stimulate and balance metal energy through the lung and large intestine meridians plus pranayama to help you focus on letting go.

The aim, to feel positive, spacious, with a sense of who you are, coupled with enthusiasm for what is to come.
