DESCRIPTION: A flow yoga class exploring balance and grounding through our Metal Element. Autumn is a time in TCM when we recognise the rising Yin energy change as we approach the cooler months. In TCM this season is about letting go what no longer serves us; about laying bare and discovering our true selves. Our practice is focused around a Chandra Namaska (moon salutation) as we explore the acupressure points of the metal system within us.
