DESCRIPTION: A qigong class exploring balance and grounding through our Earth Element. Late summer is a time in TCM when we recognise the energy change from the yang energy of summer towards the more yin seasons of autumn and winter. In TCM this season is about returning to our centre and finding balance; about harvesting the "fruits" of our summer season mentally, emotionally and physically so we can examine what serves us and what we can let go.
