A yin yoga practice encompasses long held asana, meditation and pranayama for everyone. Using pillows, blankets, bolsters it is an extremely relaxing practice that improves joint health, flexibility and mindfulness. Seasonal yoga is rooted in Daoist principles and the 5-element framework of Traditional Chinese medicine plus more traditional Vedic yoga.
