DESCRIPTION: A guided Breath Café session designed to help you better understand and regulate anxiety through your breath.

Anxiety is not just in the mind, it is a physiological response in the body. The way you breathe directly influences how you feel, think and respond to stress. 
In this session, we explore simple, practical breathing techniques that allow you to shift from a state of overwhelm to a state of calm and clarity.

You will be guided through a sequence of breath practices to:
– calm the nervous system
– reduce physical tension (chest, shoulders, jaw)
– improve focus and mental clarity
– create a sense of safety and control in the body

This is not about performance or doing it “right,” but about learning tools you can use in real-life moments: before a difficult conversation, during a stressful day, or when anxiety arises unexpectedly.

The session closes with a moment of integration and optional sharing, creating a supportive and grounding space.

No prior experience is needed.
