DESCRIPTION: This practice is open to ALL bodies! Hatha Yoga will bring you through a series of postures;  slowly and intentionally. You will be guided through, with variations given for each posture, to help you in your practice and to find YOUR edge. Join me, on your mat, for this morning stretch to start your day and to ground yourself with some soft drumming and explore your body where it is and not where you wish it to be. This is your time to nurture and take care of YOU. I  will also provide some essential oils from Young Living and Vitality for a sensory exploration during Savasana! 

Park in the designated area where signs are posted, behind building. Walk up the steps and we are the first door on the right. Once you enter the entryway, you can take your shoes off and enter the studio. 

We have all equipment available or you can bring your own!
