Come home to your body through a gentle blend of Vinyasa and Hatha practices. Together we’ll move with intention, connect breath to motion, and connect more deeply with our bodies. This class welcomes every level and every body—an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and remember what it feels like to be present.

Getting Here:
Drive into the lot between the two white buildings. When the driveway forks to the right, take the right and park there. Walk up the stairs—the studio is the first door on the right.
