I created this special session to share my love for meditation with you and create an opportunity to meditate together in a group setting. There is a guided part at the beginning of the session for about 15 minutes and every week we explore a different theme. During the last 15 minutes you can do your own silent meditation. After 30 minutes, the session will be ended silently so that those who wish to meditate longer can do so.
