This pranayama & meditation session is free with the option to donate.
There is a guided part at the beginning and a non-guided part at the end of the session. During the last part you can do your own silent meditation and decide when it's time for you to leave the session. The entire session is 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the session will be ended silently so that those who wish to meditate longer can do so.
