DESCRIPTION: Join us on Sunday morning from 10am–11am for an enriching yoga class with Iulia in English. Iulia, a certified teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, with a passion for light Kundalini practices, will guide you through an inclusive and dynamic yoga class designed to suit all levels, blending diverse styles and techniques to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Each session is unique and offers a balanced mix of poses, breathwork, and mindfulness for a rejuvenating experience. Perfect for both beginners and experienced yogis looking to deepen their practice.

Please bring your own mat, though we have some spares available if you forget or don’t have one yet. There is space available for changing, and we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

After class, we head to a cafe for a relaxing breakfast and a chance to connect with the community.
