DESCRIPTION: Join us on Thursday evening from 7pm–8pm for an intimate candlelight yoga session, led by Ānshū and limited to just 6 participants. Under the soft glow of candlelight, this practice invites you to release tension, embrace balance, and connect deeply with your inner self. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this class offers a soothing and restorative experience to help you unwind and recharge.

You’re welcome to bring your own mat or use one provided by the studio. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

Please note: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
