DESCRIPTION: Join us on Thursday, June 19 for an outdoor yoga class from 10:30am–11:30am for a mindful practice to help you move, breathe, and connect in the fresh spring air.

This all-levels class with Lisa blends elements of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kriya yoga to help you release tension, find balance, and reconnect with your inner self.

After class, we’ll gather for a relaxed picnic to enjoy good food and even better company with our yoga community. Whether you’re new to yoga or a regular on the mat, you’re warmly invited to be part of this special morning.

Please bring your own mat and any props you need. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

Kindly note: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
