DESCRIPTION: Join us on Thursday evening from 7:30pm–8:30pm for a peaceful yoga session, limited to just 6 participants. Iulia will guide us through a mild hatha/vinyasa flow designed to help you unwind, find balance, and cultivate inner calm. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, this class is designed to help you unwind and recharge.

You can bring your own mat or use the ones provided by the studio. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

Please note: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
