DESCRIPTION: Unwind with us on Thursday evening from 7:30pm–8:30pm for an intimate yoga session, limited to just 6 participants. This all-levels class blends Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kriya yoga, creating a relaxing and mindful practice that will help you release tension, find balance, and connect with your inner self. 

🧘‍♀️ You can bring your own mat or use the ones provided by the studio. 
🕰️ We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time.
🙏 Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will not incur any charge. If you cancel within 12 hours, the class will be counted as attended.
