DESCRIPTION: Join us on Sunday morning from 10am–11am for an enriching yoga class with Aerial in English. The session begins with an energising Vinyasa warm-up, followed by a powerful Kundalini Kriya to awaken your energy, and finishes with a calming meditation to bring peace and balance. This combination of movement and mindfulness will leave you feeling grounded, revitalised, and centred.

Please bring your own mat, though we have some spares available if you forget or don’t have one yet. There is space available for changing, and we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

After class, we head to a cafe for a relaxing breakfast and a chance to connect with the community.
