DESCRIPTION: Join us on Sunday morning from 10am–11am for a traditional Indian Hatha Yoga class with Ānshū. This strong practice will combine sun salutations and mantras while channelling energy through bandhas or locks practised with breathwork. 

Please bring your own mat, though we have some spares available if you forget or don’t have one yet. There is space available for changing, and we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

Afterwards, we'll head to a cafe for a relaxed breakfast, creating space to connect and unwind with fellow yogis.
